The operating problem.
Cornerstone REI was a real estate client whose process crossed seller acquisition, property review, offer preparation and disposition. The systems work translated the client’s charts into an operating model with clearer stages, task ownership and decision points.
The challenge was to distinguish a contact attempt from a real conversation, a near-term follow-up from a future seller, and a sales activity from the operational work needed to evaluate and progress a property. Four walkthroughs document the proposed architecture and the reasoning behind it.
