A bounded LinkedIn lead-sourcing build brief
A focused build brief proposed adapting an existing search system to find relevant prospect profiles and email addresses for XWECAN. Sending outreach was outside this assignment.
- Noah’s contribution
- Explained the client context, selected the subset of existing scenarios to reuse, delegated the adaptation and defined a narrow output boundary.
- Historical stage
- Historical internal build brief and intended reuse; completed XWECAN adaptation, activation and outreach delivery are not established.

| Record | Information | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Search definition | Agency-provided search criteria adapted to XWECAN; the exact targeting field set is not supplied. | Identify which professional profiles the proposed system should collect. |
| Lead output | Profile and email address are explicitly named outputs. | Produce contact-research material without claiming the system sent messages. |
| Implementation scope | Included search scenarios, excluded job/Indeed scenarios and excluded outreach integrations. | Make the delegated assignment and its completion boundary reviewable. |

Start from an existing pattern
The internal recording names XWECAN and describes lead generation there as manual. Noah proposes reusing a LinkedIn search system that had already been produced elsewhere, then modifying the searches for the agency. The assignment was to copy the relevant scenarios rather than invent an unrelated lead-generation architecture.
This is useful evidence of solution scoping and delegation. Noah identified the reusable component, explained the business context and asked for help adapting it. The recording is a brief for work to be done. It does not show a completed XWECAN version running, a reconciled output table or a final activation check.

Make the deliverable explicit
The proposed workflow would use the searches supplied for the agency and return profiles and email addresses. That boundary matters: a list of relevant contact data is a different deliverable from an outreach campaign. The brief specifically says that integrations with email-outreach tools are not being added at this point.
LinkedIn-job and Indeed scenarios from the broader reusable system family were explicitly excluded. The assignment was limited to the contact-research output described in the brief.

Use documentation to support the intended handoff
The documentation review describes near-term XWECAN use and an intention to reuse the material for other clients. That handoff required simple recipient-facing instructions and clear operating states.
This assignment covered scoping and delegation of a proposed LinkedIn sourcing workflow.

What the brief demonstrates
Noah defined the implementation assignment: reuse relevant scenarios, adapt the searches, return the specified research outputs and keep unrelated integrations outside the build. Both the handoff and its endpoint were explicit.
The recording establishes a historical build brief. Final activation, lead volumes, response rates and outreach results are not confirmed.
