- Buying-signal query database
A database of search queries defined multi-platform scraping activities around buying signals. The source selection and search intent were recorded rather than recreated as isolated research tasks. - Indeed
Hiring activity and job-posting signals. - Handshake
Relevant opportunities from another job platform. - Reddit
Buying signals from a separate community source. - LinkedIn
Professional and hiring signals. - Other job / freelance platforms
Additional platforms feed the same intake model. - Clean, standardize & deduplicate
Available scraped data was cleaned and standardized. Where the same individual or organization appeared on different platforms, the system deduplicated the records so discovery, enrichment and outreach could work from a common identity. - Google Maps
Add available business context. - LinkedIn enrichment
Add available company and contact context. - Company website
Research the organization at its own source. - Perplexity
Add research to the same standardized structure. - Universal enriched lead record
Information available from Google Maps, LinkedIn, the company website and Perplexity was brought into a standardized, universal lead structure. The map represents these as parallel information sources; it does not imply that every source always returned data or ran concurrently. - AI value scoring
AI scored leads by estimated value, providing a shared basis for prioritizing outreach after discovery and enrichment. - Distribute the next touch
Outreach was distributed across LinkedIn and email accounts, including automatic follow-ups, according to what was most likely to produce results. Account-use and deliverability monitoring supplied operating context. - LinkedIn outreach
Distribute outreach across LinkedIn accounts. - Email outreach
Distribute outreach across sending email accounts. - Automatic follow-ups
Automatic follow-ups were part of the cross-channel outreach system. The recorded operating procedures also explain how people handled replies, marked next states and respected opt-outs. - Account health & exhaustion
Both email and LinkedIn account exhaustion, red flags and deliverability issues were tracked to maintain healthy, normal usage patterns. The feedback connections place those operating controls alongside outreach and follow-up decisions.
Key records
The information
that carries forward.
| Record | Information | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Search-query record | Buying signal, search query and target platform | Define scraping work from reusable configuration |
| Common lead identity | Available person / organization data across source platforms | Clean, standardize and deduplicate repeated discoveries |
| Universal enriched lead | Google Maps, LinkedIn, company website and Perplexity context | Keep enrichment in a consistent structure |
| Value and channel decision | AI-estimated value and outreach context | Prioritize leads and distribute outreach across channels |
| Outreach account state | Email / LinkedIn exhaustion, red flags and deliverability issues | Inform healthy account usage and follow-up operations |
Implementation / 01
A lead engine organized around a database
The acquisition system started with a database of search queries based on buying signals. Those records defined scraping activities across multiple platforms, rather than sending every opportunity through a single manual research sequence.
Different platforms produced different fragments of information. The engineering task was to turn those fragments into one useful lead structure, add context from several enrichment sources, estimate lead value and distribute outreach across LinkedIn and email accounts.
Implementation / 02
Search records defined the work
Noah describes building 1SecondCopy’s acquisition system around a database where search queries could be set up for multi-platform scraping. A buying signal determined what the system was looking for; platform-specific scraping activities supplied potential people and organizations.
The acquisition process evolved across versions, including manual research, sample production and human review alongside the broader lead-generation architecture.
Implementation / 03
Multiple platforms fed the same intake
Indeed, Handshake, Reddit and LinkedIn were among the scraping sources, alongside numerous other job and freelance platforms. They were different ways of finding potential demand for the agency’s services.
The branching map makes these separate source activities visible. It represents their relationship to the shared search configuration and data model; it does not claim that every provider ran simultaneously or returned the same fields.
Implementation / 04
One identity across different source formats
The available scraped information was cleaned, standardized and deduplicated. When the same individual or organization appeared across platforms, the records were reconciled rather than treated as unrelated prospects.
This common structure connected discovery to later enrichment and outreach. A company found on one platform could be understood alongside information discovered elsewhere, rather than remaining in a disconnected source-specific list.
Implementation / 05
Enrich once into a universal structure
Google Maps, LinkedIn, company websites and Perplexity supplied additional information. The resulting data returned to a standardized, universal structure rather than remaining in separate tool-specific lists.
The diagram shows a second fan-out and convergence: several enrichment sources feed a common enriched lead record. Available data could vary by source and prospect.
Implementation / 06
AI prioritization and cross-channel distribution
AI scored leads by estimated value. Outreach was then distributed across LinkedIn and email accounts according to what was most likely to produce results. The architecture connected lead research and prioritization with the actual channels used to start conversations.
The shared value score provided a basis for prioritization. Channel distribution then connected those lead records to the LinkedIn and email accounts used for outreach, rather than leaving research and sending as disconnected activities.
Implementation / 07
Follow-ups and account health formed a feedback layer
Automatic follow-ups were included in the outreach system. Both email and LinkedIn account exhaustion, red flags and deliverability issues were tracked to support healthy, normal usage patterns.
The account-monitoring layer sat alongside outreach operations. The dashed connections in the diagram show follow-up and account-health feedback around channel decisions, making the operating controls visible as part of the system.
Earlier operating recordings also show people handling replies, adapting templates, recording interested or follow-up states and respecting opt-outs. These procedures explain the human conversation handoff around the acquisition system.

What this system demonstrates
The system combines database-driven work definition, multi-platform intake, cross-source deduplication, a universal lead schema, multi-source enrichment, AI prioritization and outreach across managed account pools. Its significance is the integration of those parts into an acquisition operating system.
Noah’s firsthand architecture account and the recorded agency procedures provide complementary views: how the acquisition engine connected its data and channels, and how the team operated the conversations it produced.
